Orange and honey cake

Ingredients

• 220 g flour
• 2 oranges
• 3 eggs
• 80 g honey
• 80 ml oil
• 1 sachet baking powder

Method

1. Mix the eggs, honey, oil and orange juice.
2. Fold in the flour, baking powder and zest.
3. Bake for about 35 minutes at 175 °C.
